On March 10, Mansfield Fellow Michael Fletcher (National Aeronautics and Space Administration) was the featured speaker at the Foundation’s joint symposium with the National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies (GRIPS) in Tokyo. Mr. Fletcher’s presentation, “Trends in Aerospace: A US-Japan Perspective on Future Challenges and Opportunities in the Aerospace Sector,” was moderated by Naoko Sugita of the New Enterprise Promotion Department at the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency.
