On June 4, Mansfield Fellow Howard Stone (U.S. Department of Justice, DOJ) was the featured speaker at the Foundation’s joint symposium with the National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies (GRIPS) in Tokyo. Mr. Stone’s presentation, “Policing the Skies: Robotic Drones in American Law Enforcement,” wasmoderated by GRIPS professor Narushige Michishita.
