Mansfield Fellow Jocelyn Roberts (U.S. Department of State) was the featured speaker at the Foundation’s April 5 joint seminar with the National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies (GRIPS) in Tokyo. Ms. Roberts discussed the role of the private sector in Southeast Asian economic development and U.S. and Japanese trends in foreign direct investment in the Mekong sub-region.
