On October 27, the Mansfield Foundation announced the establishment of a new International Advisory Board as part of a broader governance restructuring approved earlier by the Board of Directors. Under the Foundation’s new governance structure, the International Advisory Board will provide advice and counsel to a smaller Board of Directors tasked with budgetary and oversight matters.
