Network for the Future Cohort I participant Phillip Lipscy was interviewed by the Los Angeles Times and France 24, the government-owned international news channel of France. He offered his commentary on territorial disputes and economic relations between Japan, China, and the United States. Dr. Lipscy is assistant professor of political science at Stanford University and the Thomas Rohlen center fellow at the Shorenstein Asia Pacific Research Center.
