In a January 20, 2014 article in the South China Morning Post, Mansfield Foundation Senior Fellow Andrew Collier and Sara Hsu (State University of New York at New Paltz) caution that as China’s economy slows, “SMEs [small and medium-sized enterprises] are going to struggle, which could have a disastrous effect on China’s future.”
