SPACE IN THE ABE-TRUMP ERA: NEW THREATS, NEW ACTORS

January 17, 2018

On February 1, the Mansfield Foundation will partner with the George Washington University Space Policy Institute and the Japan Foundation Center for Global Partnership on a public seminar. Members of the U.S. Japan Space Forum will discuss the emerging and evolving threats that underscore the importance of American and Japanese collaboration on space. The Forum will also assess emergence of new space technologies and actors and discuss challenges of reforming the legal and regulatory ecosystem in order to accommodate these developments. The seminar will conclude with a keynote address by Frank Rose, former assistant secretary of state for arms control, verification, and compliance. Please click here for an English flyer.
