Charles D. Lake II and Chairman Akashi
On November 6, 2013, the Maureen and Mike Mansfield Foundation announced the establishment of a strategic partnership with the International House of Japan (I-House) a non-profit organization incorporated in 1952 to promote cultural exchange and intellectual cooperation between Japan and other countries. A key element of the new strategic relationship will be the expansion of Mansfield Foundation programs at I-House and the development of joint programs in Japan and the United States. To facilitate this programming, the Mansfield Foundation’s Tokyo office will move to I-House in 2014. To read a press release about the strategic partnership, please click here.
